PROTEIN PANCAKES |

Ingredients: |

5 egg whites (free range eggs are best)
|
|

1 cup uncooked oatmeal
|
|

dash of cinnamon |
|
- ½
cup of frozen or fresh blueberries (or other fruit) |
|
|
|
Instructions: |
|
Blend all of the ingredients and pour the batter into a non-stick frying
pan (use Spray Pam low-fat extra virgin olive oil spray to coat bottom
of pan). Cook lightly until both sides are golden brown and serve with
organic peanut butter and / or no sugar added jam. Of course you can
also use maple syrup (use a no sugar added variety). |

TURKEY PIZZA |

Ingredients: |
|

1/2 lb ground turkey breast |
|
- 1/2 cup red and green
peppers (chopped) |
|
-
1/2 cup tomato sauce |
|
-
4 brown rice tortillas |
|
-
1 cup partly-skim mozzarella and cheddar cheese (shredded) |
|
|
|
Instructions: |
|
Cook turkey and peppers in a pan until meat is cooked. Spread tomato
sauce over the tortilla. Place cheese and turkey pepper mixture on top.
Bake at 450 degrees for about 7-8 minutes.

Ingredients:

1/2 frozen banana |
|

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or flaxseed oil |
|

1 scoop Genuine Health chocolate proteins+ |

6 ice cubes

- 2 cups water (or 1
cup soy milk, one cup water) |

|
Instructions:

Place all ingredients in large blender and blend on low speed for about
45 seconds |

Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon of nuts and / or seeds (do not use if you have
allergies) |

- 1 scoop protein powder from Genuine Health (chocolate)
proteins +

|
- 1 cup organic, plain yogurt |
|
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries
or blackberries all work great) |
|
|
|
Mix the above and stir. This glorious treat would serve one
person. |
