Verstegen. This is a great read if you are looking for the latest book
on CORE training. It will transform your body.

The Four Agreements by Don
Miguel Ruiz. This book is not directly related to physical fitness. The
author reveals simple truths that will help you make peace with your body
and allow you to take a more gentle approach to fitness.

Body for Life by Bill Phillips.
We found this book to be an invaluable source for implementing resistance
training into a three day program. It has a great technique for making
time fly during aerobic exercise.

Discover Your Destiny by Robin Sharma. This is an excellent
book for assisting you in integrating the various parts of your life. It
is so easy as fitness professionals, to just work on one area. The truly
